MH Consulting, Inc. is an Alaska company serving corporations throughout the world. By incorporating in 1998, we were able to expand our already successful services to better meet the needs of both local and global companies. MHCI is a privately owned company offering professional and experienced project managers to clients in a variety of industries.

MORGAN HENRIE, PhD, PMP

Founder of MH Consulting Incorporated, Dr. Henrie has a PhD in Engineering Management, an MSE in Project Management and Bachelor Degrees in Electronic Engineering and Management &Technology. Additionally, he has 25 years of experience in project management, operations supervision, and maintenance supervision. Dr. Henrie is certified as a project management professional through the Project Management Institute, a recognized leader in project management organizations. He is active in promoting state of the art project management practices both nationally and internationally and has authored or co-authored over 30 journal papers, conference presentations and articles. Dr. Henrie has spoken and trained both nationally and internationally on project management.

Robert “Bob” Kirk

A Senior Project Manager, Mr. Kirk has been on-site managing projects with MH Consulting, Inc. for 10 years. He also has 15 years of training, supervision and management in the telecommunication field. His continuing experience in the oil and gas industry, communications and radio controls plays an integral part in keeping projects on time and on budget. Mr. Kirk has nation wide experience with a variety of high level clients and government entities. He has been recognized for “providing service above and beyond the scope of the contract…and always working in a professional and responsible manner.”

Project Managers

As project demands have increased, additional core professional staff have been, and will continue to be, hand-picked by Dr. Henrie to ensure the MHC work ethic and commitment to quality are maintained. All degreed professionals, our project managers come with extensive project management experience, from design and installation to maintenance and turnkey operations. They have a broad base of technical expertise, including fiber and copper inside and outside cable plants, telecommunication PBX and data network infrastructures, process control, SCADA, security, surveillance, and information technology systems.

We know that it can be difficult for companies to find the right combination of project manager/technical expert. With such a broad base of staff experience, MHC guarantees that the professionals we provide will be trained in the technology you are implementing. If, however, we don't have someone on staff already trained in the appropriate technology, we will provide that training at no cost to the client so you will have the benefit of excellent project management plus in-depth technical understanding.
